Project Overview
INFINIT, the first-ever DeFi abstraction layer, simplifies the complexities of launching and scaling DeFi protocols. As a UX designer, my mission was to craft intuitive and memorable design solutions that empower users to effortlessly navigate and leverage the platform.
I focused on creating seamless, user-friendly designs that ensuring users return to and reuse INFINIT while driving both engagement and business growth.

My Role
I’m Product designer of this project. I collaborated with Head of Product (Jade), Visual designer (Petch) and Front-end developer (Mint) throughout this project
Target Users
DeFi Investor / Experts User
• Demographic / Location → Users who would like to earn rewards by participating in DeFi ecosystems.
• Need → Earn rewards while exploring DeFi protocols. Optimize yield farming and staking strategies to maximize rewards.
• Painpoint → Navigating complex DeFi systems can be overwhelming. Difficulty in identifying which actions yield the highest rewards.

Research (Product Insight)
After defining the target user profile in collaboration with the business team, I conducted competitor research and user interviews with 6 DeFi users.
The goal was to gain actionable insights into the critical information they require to address their pain points and seamlessly earn points within the INFINIT ecosystem.

Design Process
User Flow
After gathering insights from users and the product team, I mapped out the user flow and identified all potential scenarios. We then optimized the flow to ensure a user-friendly experience with minimal steps required.

Low-Med fidelity UI
Initiated the design process with concept wireframes, presented multiple options, and conducted user testing with real crypto users to identify the optimal solution for the next development phase.

Active / Inactive Tabs
Designed a simple and intuitive UX solution using Active/Inactive tabs to help users easily identify which pools are available for earning points (stones), ensuring clarity and ease of navigation.

Filter Chain & Protocol
Developed a filter feature enabling users to select their preferred protocol and chain, allowing them to easily identify and earn points from specific pools.

Light & Dark Mode Implementation Based on User Preferences
Applied Variables, Tokenization
Defined variables and implemented tokenization for different themes, such as light and dark mode, to align with user preferences and enhance platform engagement by increasing user visit frequency.

Why we need Dark and Light mode?
A significant majority of users prefer dark mode over light mode. Surveys indicate that between 81.9% and 95% of users choose for dark mode across various devices and applications

Validation
Post-launch testing
After launching the INFINIT Reward System, I conducted rigorous post-launch testing to ensure the platform performed as expected in real-world scenarios. The testing process included:
• Cross-Platform Performance → Ensured the reward system operated consistently across all supported devices and browsers.
• Usability → Identified and prioritized issues impacting usability, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Data Validation → Confirmed that user interactions, reward calculations, and wallet integrations were accurate and reliable.

User Feedback
Conducted interviews with 6 DeFi users interested in earning convertible points to gather insights on their satisfaction, particularly regarding navigation simplicity and reward redemption efficiency.
