Project Overview
MotifMicro is an app that verifies products by scanning them with the camera to detect special particles in labels or QR codes. As a designer, I collaborated with the product owner and developer to create user-friendly experiences for MotifMicro.
My Role
I’m Product designer of this project. I collaborated with Product Owner(Andrew), Lead designer(Ridin) and Flutter developer (Jen) throughout this project
Target Users
Brand-Conscious Consumers
• Demographic → Consumers who are very particular about using authentic branded products.
• Need → Confirm the authenticity of branded goods to avoid fake products.
• Benefit → Satisfaction and confidence in brand purchases, enhanced consumer trust in brands.
These groups have a high need for product authentication and would benefit significantly from a tool that ensures the authenticity of their purchases, thereby protecting their investments.

After I define final offline flow for investor then I continue to define in-app user journey with stakeholder and teams. Also analyze how MM innovation works in authentication process to implement user friendly UI.

The main screen which is the authentication process still confuse to use since we do some scan testing with target user and observe user behavior.
