Project Overview
YPB Connect is the platform for YPB customer for user engagement. I’m a UX/UI Designer of this project who designing UX and UI across mobile and desktop screen.
Problem
This platform was essentially develope by tech team who weren't focused on enhancing user experiences. So our aim became to engage with users to identify their pain points and brainstorm ways to enhance overall experience.
Design Process
Existing design review and inspectation
Lack of visual Hierarchy Confusing between component The corperate identities is not match with the brand There’re some unnecessary component and features
